Orders, shipping & privacy policy

  1. We ship to EU (inc. Norway and Switzerland), USA, Canada and Australia. Australian customers have to provide a scan of approved B709A form, copy of it have to be attached to the package with the stock.
  2. Preffered method of payment is PayPal with one of the three currencies – USD, EUR and GBP. We accept also a bank transfer from EU countries in EUR.
  3. We take orders via email – please send a message to sales@mbwstocks.com with your order. We will calculate exact shipping costs and send payment request via PayPal.
  4. Approximate cost of shipments:
    • Priority mail – for EU countries – 15-20 EUR (2 kg)
    • UPS Express Saver – for non-EU countries – 32-40 USD (2 kg). This rate applies for most post codes, although for some addresses rate can be higher – exact cost will be calculated for each order before payment.
  5. Warranty and returns
    • All items are covered under 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase)
    • We provide 30 days for return – on buyers expense. Payment will be returned to the same account without shipping costs.
  6. Customs and import fees
    • Please be aware about cutoms and import fees – this information applies to non-EU customers. Buyer covers all customs and import fees.
  7. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Clause – The administrator of personal data is MBW, 43-200 Pszczyna, Czajkowskiego 24C located in Poland. Data processing (name, surname, adress, telephone number, email) is based on Art. 6 par. 1 point a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the GDPR (consent to the processing of data which you have expressed by sending us correspondence). You are entitled to withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Your personal data and correspondence will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill all legal obligations and your optional consents. Please be advised, that you are entitled to demand access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing as well as the right to transfer the data.
